Rich is currently a full-time police officer in New Jersey since 2007. He has been a certified Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor since 2015, and is also a certified rifle instructor. Rich is the supervising Firearms Instructor for his police agency, as well as a certified pistol red dot instructor, active shooter/critical incident instructor, and defensive tactics instructor. Rich also served 8 years on a Regional SWAT Team. His duties on the SWAT Team were: primary assault team, Firearms Instructor, CQB Instructor, and former Perimeter Team Leader. He has conducted many successful real-world operations during his time on the SWAT Team. Rich has graduated multiple commercial tactical, handgun, carbine training courses conducted by industry experts.
