How do I return?
- Contact the Modern Materiel Customer Service team at 732-456-6665 opt. 1 (Sales) to discuss your return and receive a RMA#.
What items are returnable?
- Firearms are NOT returnable for refund or exchange
- Other items such as MM Apparel or Accessories may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. Such items must be unused and in resellable condition
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit (if applicable)
How do I ship back the items?
- The Modern Materiel Customer Service team will provide specific shipping instruction after an RMA# has been issued
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 2-3 working days after approval
